In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

To register and maintain an Account on jin123, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. jin123 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds returned to the registered payment method.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. jin123 is designed and operated specifically for the Indonesian market. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are solely responsible for compliance with their local laws.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indonesian law.
• Single account: You may hold only one Account on jin123. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Not a jin123 employee: Employees, contractors, directors, agents of jin123, and their immediate family members are not eligible to hold a Player Account or participate in promotions.

To access the full range of jin123 services, you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. By submitting your registration, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

• Registration information: You are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile phone number. All details must match your government-issued identification documents.
• KYC verification: jin123 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including upon registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected. Accepted documents include a national identity card (KTP), passport, or driving licence (SIM), together with proof of address and payment method ownership where required.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. jin123 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
• Accuracy obligation: You must promptly update your Account information if any detail changes. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account suspension and permanent termination.
• One account per person: Only one Account is permitted per person, per household, per device, and per shared IP address. jin123 uses automated detection tools to identify duplicate registrations.

jin123 supports a comprehensive range of Indonesian local payment methods. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following terms govern all deposits and withdrawals on the Platform.

• Accepted deposit methods: Bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Minimum deposit: Rp 20.000 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. VIP players may request increased limits through their dedicated account manager.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to jin123's anti-money-laundering (AML) policy.
• Withdrawal processing time: Standard withdrawals are processed within 1–3 hours. VIP Gold tier and above benefit from priority withdrawal processing, typically completed within 30 minutes during operating hours.
• No platform fees: jin123 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, for which jin123 accepts no responsibility.
• Source of funds: All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension and return of funds to the source account.
• Currency: All Account balances, wagers, winnings, and bonuses are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah. jin123 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

jin123 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general conditions set out in this clause.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on the individual promotion page. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount.
• Game contribution: Different game categories contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots generally contribute 100%, live casino games contribute between 10% and 25%, and sportsbook bets at odds of 1.50 or greater contribute 100%. Specific contribution rates are listed on each promotion page.
• Bonus expiry: Bonus funds and any associated free spins expire 7 days from the date of credit unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the Account without compensation.
• One bonus per promotion: Each promotion may be claimed once per eligible Player, household, device, and IP address. jin123 reserves the right to disqualify Players who attempt to claim a bonus multiple times using different accounts.
• jin123's right to modify: jin123 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In such cases, any accrued wagering progress toward an existing bonus will be honoured.
• Promotional abuse: Any Player found to be exploiting bonuses in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play — including but not limited to placing opposing bets across multiple accounts or using automated wagering strategies — will have their bonus forfeited and Account reviewed for suspension.

The following rules apply to all wagering activities on the jin123 Platform, including slots, live casino tables, and sportsbook markets.

• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game or market. jin123 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
• Sportsbook odds: All sportsbook odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up to the point a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds are locked.
• Mix parlay rules: Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require a minimum of 2 selections. If one leg is void (e.g., match postponed), the remaining legs remain active and the accumulator is recalculated. Full mix parlay terms are available on the Sportsbook page.
• Live casino: All live casino games are operated by certified third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live physical processes and are subject to the respective provider's rules.
• Disconnection policy: jin123 is not liable for interruptions to gameplay caused by unstable internet connections on the Player's side. In the event of a disconnection, bets already placed and confirmed remain valid. Where a disconnection prevents a game round from completing, jin123 will resolve the round according to the game provider's disconnection policy.
• Void bets: jin123 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or resulting from a system malfunction. Affected Players will be notified and stakes returned.

jin123 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of self-management tools directly within every Player Account. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively to maintain healthy gaming habits.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via their Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Players may set session duration alerts that notify them when a defined play period has elapsed.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request a voluntary self-exclusion for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During self-exclusion, the Account will be suspended, all marketing communications ceased, and no new accounts may be registered.
• Reality checks: jin123 supports configurable pop-up reminders displayed at regular intervals during active gaming sessions, showing time elapsed and net session result.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jin123 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all balances, with referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information or identity documents.
• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or under a pseudonym.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sportsbook market.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated wagering intended to manipulate game outcomes.
• Depositing funds through a payment method not registered in your own name.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any fraudulent financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in a way that provides an unintended advantage. All such incidents must be reported to jin123 support immediately.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jin123 staff or other Players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or otherwise access the Platform's source code, data, or infrastructure without authorisation.

All content on the jin123 Platform — including but not limited to the jin123 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jin123 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without jin123's prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, jin123 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred through gameplay, including losses resulting from game outcomes, sportsbook results, or bonus wagering activity.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or downtime caused by factors outside jin123's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet infrastructure failures, third-party payment processor outages, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from unauthorised Account access where jin123 has fulfilled its security obligations and the breach resulted from the Player's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
• The content, accuracy, or availability of third-party game providers' software or services integrated into the Platform.

In all cases where jin123's liability cannot be excluded by law, jin123's maximum aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jin123 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jin123 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers necessary for Platform operations (including KYC verification partners, payment processors, and game providers), and with law enforcement or regulatory bodies where required by Applicable Law.

jin123 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a payment provider.
• Identification as an underage user.
• Ongoing self-exclusion as requested by the Player.

Upon termination of an Account for reasons other than fraud or breach, jin123 will return any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) to the Player via their registered payment method within 5 business days. In cases of suspected fraud or breach, funds may be withheld pending investigation.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting jin123 support via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 24 hours.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming regulation. jin123 operates as a Trusted and Secure Platform, Licensed and Regulated Internationally, and applies internationally accepted standards for player protection, data security, and fair play.

Any dispute arising between a Player and jin123 that cannot be resolved through jin123's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause limits a Player's statutory rights under the consumer protection laws of their country of residence to the extent those rights cannot lawfully be waived or excluded.

jin123 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jin123 will notify registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Clause 12.
